Nails were decent... Like most salons no customer service no English change prices as you are receiving services... Like everywhere else if you pay with card they charge higher prices plus tax & fee for using card but didn't know that till after we was done... Was even charged $5 for removing gel polish bc she was getting a pedi/mani...$200 later!!! I did see them giving neck massages for an additional fee but we wasn't offered that service...

Lee did a great job on my nails. He’s detailed, gentle and professional. I’ll definitely be back. And oh, they even gave us an early Christmas gift/freebies. Happy Holidays! ✨

I got my nails done on a Saturday evening. I got UV gel with tips. It seemed like the UV gel did not adhere to the tips. By Sunday night/Monday morning my nails were popping off as if I had on press on. In a matter of one day 5 nails popped off and the others were lifting. I was shocked. I paid $90.40 and my nails didn’t even last for a full 48 hours. I called to have my nails fixed. The person who answered seemed understanding and made an appointment to have my nails fixed. When I arrived, another nail tech offered to fix only the broken nails. I requested to receive a new full set due to the fact that other nails were already lifting and would break in a matter of time. This seemed like a reasonable request. He stated he usually only fix the broken ones. I became irritated and ask for him to remove all the nails. He eventually took all the nails off and did the full set because the mistake from the previous nail tech. The previous nail tech was suppose to use forms and build the length, but instead used tips. Ultimately, I left satisfied and appreciated the customer service. Pros: Cleanliness Customer service Offers back massages Cons: Nails didn’t last

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but the service here was absolutely terrible. I went for a set and the nail polish looked very bad and then two nails fell off a day later. I later went to get them fixed again and then a few hours later two of them fell off again. I went back in today so they could fix them and the lady was very rough and did them carelessly she didn’t even give the nail a shape when the rest a square. Definitely don’t recommend and will not be returning
